A 3000 grafts hair transplant procedure was performed at Cosmoderma clinic in Lahore Pakistan by Dr. Ahmad Chaudhry on 22nd Aug 2019. Patient had Diabetes Mellitus for the last 5 years and was taking medicine to control it. Baldness stage was Norwood class 6 and he desired to get a hair restoration procedure for the frontal part of his head. Donor area density was not good so it was below average so Dr Ahmad Chaudhry decided to extract roots from the back and sides of the head through Micro Follicular Unit Extraction technique. Three thousand grafts were extracted and transplanted in a single session and glucose check up was performed before and during the procedure so that it should be under 200 mg/dL.
